George assesses opportunities from a property and market perspective, identifying where value can be created through renovation, positioning, and resale. He also manages key relationships and helps guide acquisition, renovation, and disposition strategy.

Dakota Little

Finance & Operations

Dakota leads financial analysis, underwriting, financing strategy, and operational planning. He is responsible for determining whether a project makes sense financially and for building the systems that keep each project organized from acquisition through exit.

Roberto Ortiz

Project Management & Renovations

Roberto oversees renovation execution from start to finish. They coordinate sub-trades, manage schedules, monitor workmanship and progress, and keep the project moving in line with the approved scope and budget.
